Welcome to VGO Bazaar ("Platform"), an online hyper-local e-commerce directory owned and operated by VgoBazaar Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, browsing, or using this application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our services. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. We reserve the right to revise or update these terms at any time without prior individual notification. Continued usage of the Platform represents acceptance of all updated terms.

To submit deal inquiries on VGO Bazaar, you must register for a customer account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (registered mobile number or email address, verified via one-time password / OTP).
• You assume full liability for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts, cancel pending inquiries, or refuse access at our sole discretion for violations of these policies.

VGO Bazaar functions as a local commerce aggregator/marketplace directory. It is critical for all users to understand our operational model:

Because of this inquiry-only structure:

• The contract of sale and final price agreement is strictly bilateral between the customer and the shop.
• Fulfillment, local delivery/pickup arrangements, and product packaging depend entirely on the respective local store.
• Customers are encouraged to contact the store owner directly via the phone or WhatsApp options provided on their inquiry receipt drawer for negotiations or logistics coordination.

Since VGO Bazaar functions strictly as an inquiry-only directory catalog, no direct financial transactions or payments are conducted on our Platform.

• Direct Negotiation: All prices, discounts, and final transaction amounts are negotiated directly with the merchants via in-app deal requests, phone calls, or WhatsApp chats.
• Doorstep/Store Payments: Payment settlement (Cash, UPI, card, or store credit) is made directly to the respective shop's representative upon pickup or local doorstep delivery.
• Transaction Accountability: VGO Bazaar is not responsible for transaction settlements, payments made to merchants, or delivery disputes. Please ensure you verify goods before completing settlement.

You agree to use VGO Bazaar solely for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Inputting fraudulent or fake delivery address details.
• Creating duplicate dummy accounts to exploit local promotional offers or seller vouchers.
• Abusing store owners or their delivery staff verbally or physically.
• Using automated systems (bots, crawlers, or scrapers) to collect pricing tables or copy product information from the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian laws:

• VGO Bazaar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that seller listings, stock indications, or description details are 100% accurate or error-free.
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of products supplied by the local independent merchants.
• VgoBazaar Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from transaction disputes, delivery delays, or merchant actions.
