You can cancel any order that is in PENDING, PLACED, or ACCEPTED state. Navigate to the 'My Orders' section in your profile, click 'View Details' on the order card, and select 'Cancel Order'. If the order is already SHIPPED or DELIVERED, please contact the seller directly.

Since VGO Bazaar operate primarily on Cash on Delivery (COD) and direct seller shipment, refunds are coordinated directly with the shop owners. Open your order details drawer, click the seller contact links, and coordinate the product return and cash collection directly with the merchant.

Since delivery is fulfilled directly by the seller, you should contact the seller immediately via call or WhatsApp using the contact options on your order details page to provide your updated address. You can also manage your saved addresses for future checkouts under 'Shipping Addresses' in your Profile.

Whenever you place an order, the contact numbers, WhatsApp redirect links, and owner details of all unique sellers associated with your order items are listed in the 'Order Success' confirmation card and the 'My Orders' expanded drawer. Click the buttons to initiate contact.

Go to the Reels feed section, click the 'Create Reel' button, select a short product video from your device, add a catchy title, tag a product (optional), and hit publish. It will appear on the seller reels wall.

To remove an uploaded video, navigate to the Reels dashboard, click 'My Uploads', select the reel you wish to remove, and click the delete button. The item will be permanently removed from all feeds.

Go to the 'My Profile' tab in your account sidebar. You can update your full name, email, phone number, and gender. Press the 'Save Changes' button, and your account credentials will immediately update.

Since VGO Bazaar relies on direct delivery by local sellers rather than an integrated logistics platform, delivery times depend on the store owner. Typically, since shops are in your vicinity, delivery takes between 2 to 24 hours. The seller will contact you shortly after checkout to confirm a convenient slot.
