What is VGO Bazaar?

VGO Bazaar is a local e-commerce platform that connects you directly with neighborhood retail stores. You can browse catalogs, watch reels showcasing products, and buy from trusted local sellers with quick hyper-local fulfillment.

Do I need an account to browse products or shops?

No, you can browse nearby shops, look up items, and watch reels as a guest. However, placing an order or following your favorite stores requires registering an account.

2. Ordering & Cart

Can I order items from multiple shops in a single checkout?

No, because VGO Bazaar operates on a direct seller-to-consumer hyper-local dispatch model, your cart can only contain products from a single shop at any one time. If you wish to purchase from another shop, please complete your current checkout first or clear your cart to select items from the new seller.

How do I know if an item is available?

Item availability badges ("In Stock", "Out of Stock", or "Only X left") are displayed on the product cards. We sync inventory directly with the merchant's POS system to ensure high accuracy.

3. Delivery Details

How is my order delivered?

Orders are fulfilled directly by the merchant's staff or their local delivery partners. This direct neighborhood dispatch is what enables quick deliveries.

How long does delivery take?

Most local orders are delivered within 15 to 45 minutes of verification, depending on your distance from the shop. Estimated delivery times are shown clearly on each shop's listing.

4. Payments & Refunds

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major payment options including UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) depending on merchant preferences.

When will I get a refund for a cancelled order?

For online payments, refunds are initiated immediately upon cancellation approval and usually reflect in your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?

Yes, orders can be cancelled from the "My Orders" tab as long as the merchant has not yet dispatched the shipment. Once dispatched, you must coordinate cancellations directly with the shop.

How do I return a damaged or incorrect product?

Each store sets its own return window (e.g. 7 days). You can initiate a return request from the "My Orders" detail view, or contact the merchant directly via the phone number listed on their shop profile.

6. Customer Support

How do I get help with an active order?

The quickest way is to open the order details and use the listed merchant contact number. For general issues or platform complaints, you can file a support ticket directly through our Help Center.

Need to raise a formal support query?

Submit a ticket describing order delays, payment issues, or technical problems and our backend support team will investigate.
