• Determining and listing active independent merchant stores within a close radius.
• Forwarding your name, shipping address, and mobile number to the selected local shop to arrange deal negotiations and fulfillment.
• Sending system notifications regarding deal status updates, shop responses, and in-app alerts.
• Analyzing search trends client-side to surface relevant category and product recommendations.

Because VGO Bazaar matches users directly with local neighborhood shops, geographic addresses and phone numbers require the highest levels of security.

For location tracking:

• GPS coordinates are checked dynamically at the browser level to calculate distance filters to matching storefronts.
• We do not log continuous background location details when the application is closed.

We do not sell, rent, or distribute your credentials to third-party advertising companies. Your data is shared strictly under the following cases:

• Delivering Stores: The matching independent local merchant receives inquiry details to compile and negotiate quotes.
• Legal Mandate: In response to valid legal requests, search warrants, or court summonses in compliance with law enforcement.

VGO Bazaar utilizes browser local storage and cookies to maintain a seamless interactive session:

• vgo_logged_in: A boolean flag ("true" or "false") that tracks whether you are currently signed in.
• vgo_access_token: Temporarily retains your JWT access token to keep you authenticated across page loads (expires every 1 hour, automatically renewed silently).
• vgo_refresh_token: Stores the long-lived refresh token used to silently obtain a new access token without prompting you to log in again.
• vgo_user: Stores your basic profile details (name, phone, email, and role) for quick display without requiring a network call.
• vgo_active_location: Remembers your selected delivery city or area so that nearby shops are shown correctly across sessions.
• vgo_cart_items: A local backup of your inquiry cart for offline resilience — synced with the server on every page load.
• vgo_recent_searches: Stores your recent search terms locally to power the search history suggestions dropdown.
• All localStorage entries are stored only on your own device and are cleared when you log out or explicitly clear your browser data.

As a user of VGO Bazaar, you retain direct control over your personal data:

• Address Management: You can edit or delete registered delivery addresses directly within the Addresses Page.
• Communications: You can mute in-app notifications in your device settings.
• Account Deactivation: You can request complete deletion of your customer profile and purchase logs by submitting a query via our Help Center.
